This journal is primarily “notes to self” with some kept private, but most left open in case they are useful to others as well.

I bring this up because I don’t want anyone to think that I am pontificating advice from the vantage of expertise. I don’t pretend to have all the answers, and I have already contradicted myself on this journal as my understanding of issues changes and (hopefully) improves.

So if you are reading, and your name isn’t “Ray Deck”, I welcome you, I thank you for your interest, and ask that you accept my journal as a view into a work in progress.
