Insanely Easy = Sneaky

Disruptive is bad. Disruptive means I need to change my life to accomodate your product or technology. Disruptive means expensive - not just your product, but all the things in my life/business that I must alter or upgrade in order to realize the value from your product.

Easy is good. Easy is cheap to implement, so TCO is largely the fees paid to you. Easy means that I get immediate value on day 1, and I never want to look back. Easy means that I don’t jump through hoops to get that value on day 1. Easy anticipates my needs and fufills my desires on demand or (ideally) before demand.

Sneaky is best. Sneaky means that the product that was so easy to start using has started to alter my life. My routine/processes/business become different from what they were before, such that eventually removing the product would be disruptive.

I aim to be easy-sneaky.
